Beginning in February 2006, you will be able to order most items online securely through the secure servers of PayPal.  PayPal is well known to Ebay users, and they process countless transactions every day.  Your order information will be processed there, and not on our site.  We felt this provided the most protection for your information.  Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can still order by standard credit card.  It's your choice at the end of the order whether you want to set up a PayPal account or not.  Most major credit cards are accepted.

You can also call in your order directly to us by phone, or you can download and fill out our order form at right and fax, mail or email it to us.  For phone, mail, fax or email orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, personal check or money order.  Since we build our items to order, your check or money order will probably arrive about the time your item is ready to ship.  With Visa and MasterCard orders, your account will be charged when your order ships, not before.  We hope to make ordering from us a more personal experience.  That way, you know us and we get to know you!  If you have any questions, or concerns please write or call us.

Any order under $75* will be charged $10 shipping & handling for continental US deliveries.  Other destinations will be the actual amount via the cheapest carrier.

For orders $75 and up, your shipping is FREE.  The cost to you is the cost of the order (Virginia residents must pay sales tax - see below)

*If your order is shipping to anywhere in Franklin County, VA, we will personally deliver it for free no matter what the size of the order!

If you are ordering from Virginia, we must charge sales tax at 5% of your total order.

All orders will be confirmed via email and/or telephone upon receipt.  You will also be kept up to date as to the status of your order.  When the order ships, you will be sent a receipt either by email, or if you prefer, by mail showing your order information including shipping info.

Your Privacy is important.  Any information we collect during the ordering process will be used only to process your order.  We share your information with no one.  With the recent rise of identity theft, we are very protective with our customer's information.  Your credit card information is kept on file only long enough to process your order.  After that, the information is destroyed.  If you have any questions or concerns about information that we ask for during ordering, please call us.
